What is the return policy?
At Tanirah, every piece is handmade with love, so tiny variations in color or embroidery are part of its charm — not flaws! 💖
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for prepaid orders only. COD orders are not eligible for return.
To be accepted, your item must be:
✨ Unworn, unwashed & unused
✨ In original packaging with all tags attached
If you’d like to request a return, please email us at labeltanirah@gmail.com or dm us at Tanirah._ within 3 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and a clear photo.
Once approved, kindly ship the item back to us — return shipping is borne by the customer (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
Refunds are issued as store credit only. A bank refund will be provided only if the item received is damaged or incorrect.
